Torremolinos recorded a price increase in property prices of 35.7% during the 2025 calendar year, according to new data from Spain’s notaries. This annual appreciation is the highest among all coastal municipalities along the Costa del Sol. The average proeprty price reached 3,169 Euros per square meter by December 2025.
Total property sales in Torremolinos for 2025 reached 1,994 transactions. The average property transaction value was €291,592 . Apartments made up 94.8% of these sales, with an average size of 92 square meters.
Domestic buyers represent 67.3% of the Torremolinos property market. This concentration of national purchasers is higher than in other municipalities along the Costa del Sol. Foreign buyers account for 84.4% of transactions in Benahavis, 70.8% in Estepona , and 62.0% in Marbella. In Benalmadena, domestic buyers account for 53.4% of the market.
