LPA Steps In

Following major recent developments in Spain’s property portal market*, Álvaro Botella Fernández, president of LPA – The leading property agents of Spain, has voiced concerns about the potential impact on real estate agents, particularly regarding rising advertising costs.
In response to this, he has informed members of the association that in the coming months, the LPA “will launch our own real estate portal to strengthen local visibility and reduce dependence on third parties.”

Alvaro says he doesn’t want to close the door to collaborations, but the association feels compelled to explore alternatives and leverage the potential benefits of local collaborations.
