Marbella +17%
Marbella is seeing some of the highest year-on-year price increases in Spain, at +17.2% as at Q2 of this year compared to the same period of 2024.
According to a new report by TINSA Marbella’s average price is 29% higher than its provincial capital, Málaga, and 36% above the average for the entire province.
This places Marbella among the municipalities with the highest price levels in the country.
The Tinsa report also reveals that the average price in Marbella was €3,421/m², which contrasts sharply with property portal Idealista’s data. Idealista recorded an all-time high of €5,162 per m² in May 2025, though it’s important to note that these are asking prices rather than actual sales prices, and the platform contains numerous duplicate listings, particularly in the super-prime segment.
Tinsa is widely considered a highly trusted and authoritative source for property prices and valuations in Spain.
