Marbella by the Numbers

By Alfredo Bloy-Dawson

Marbella continues to show a strong mix of domestic and international demand.  According to data from Notaries, in the past 12 months, 63% of all property buyers in Marbella are foreign, while 37% are Spanish. That local share (Spanish buyers) is higher than in many nearby municipalities, where international demand dominates almost entirely. It confirms that Marbella’s market remains more balanced than often assumed.
