A new professional network for independent real estate agents has launched in Spain’s Costa del Sol. The Independent Associate Agents (IAA) network, established by LM Group and LMG Academy co-founder Marina Nitzak, aims to provide operational support for freelance real estate professionals.
The network operates on a cooperative model, offering members shared access to business infrastructure and resources. Members receive standard business tools including Google Workspace services, comprising email, cloud storage, and calendar functions. A full-time administrator maintains a database of new property developments for the network’s agents.
IAA facilitates professional networking through regular industry events and presentations, conducted both virtually and in person. The organization’s structure allows members to maintain independent operations while accessing shared resources and industry connections.
The network’s development follows trends observed at LMG Academy, where demand for flexible working arrangements has increased among real estate professionals. This model accommodates agents who require adaptable schedules, including those balancing family commitments with career development.
The organization operates on a monthly subscription basis without long-term contracts. This approach aligns with current market shifts in Spain, where more real estate professionals are choosing independent business models.
The new platform provides infrastructure support that individual agents might find costly to maintain independently. It focuses on reducing operational expenses while maintaining professional standards through shared resources and collaborative opportunities.
IAA’s establishment responds to changing dynamics in Spain’s real estate sector, particularly in regions with high international property market activity. The network aims to support independent agents while maintaining their operational autonomy.
