According to a Fotocasa analysis, 62% of Spaniards have either used or are considering professional real estate services for property transactions. Of these, 43% have already employed such services, while 19% are contemplating future engagement.

Expediting the sale or rental process emerged as the primary motivation (44% of respondents). Additional reasons include:

  • More selective buyer or tenant screening (32%)
  • Accessing legal guidance (31%)
  • Receiving comprehensive transaction support (28%)
