This looks at YouTube subscriber growth between 2 January 2025 and 24 June 2025 across 22 channels in the real estate space based in Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol.
The details below are for my use and is based on a manual count by me. If incorrect, please let me know and I will rectify. The list is based on channels that I am aware of. If there are any you think I should add, also let me know.
High-Volume Channels
- Drumelia remains the largest channel, increasing from 203,000 to 205,000 subscribers. This is a growth of 2,000 subscribers (+1%).
- Maro Brothers* grew from 124,000 to 136,000, an increase of 12,000 subscribers (+9.7%). (*OK not strictly Marbella any more)
Other channels with significant audience size and growth:
Cloud Nine Spain: from 49,600 to 62,400 (+12,800 | +25.8%)
Viktoria Gorska: from 39,800 to 49,600 (+9,800 | +24.6%)
Zimmer Estates: from 9,060 to 11,900 (+2,840 | +31.3%)
Faster-Growing Smaller Channels
Some smaller agencies saw higher percentage growth despite lower overall subscriber numbers:
HiHomes: from 3,670 to 8,800 subscribers (+5,130 | +139.7%)
Noll Sotogrande: from 783 to 3,200 (+2,417 | +308.6%)
3SA: from 245 to 898 (+653 | +266.9%)
Mitchell’s Prestige Properties: from 335 to 551 (+216 | +64.5%)
Swish Marbella: from 782 to 1,090 (+308 | +39.4%)
Moderate Growth Channels
A group of agencies saw modest but steady growth:
Sandtons: +1,800 (+16.2%)
E&V Marbella: +1,500 (+10.4%)
Emerging Investors: +460 (+13.8%)
Santiago Realtor: +670 (+9.3%)
Affinity Property Group: +140 (+13.2%)
Minimal Growth Channels
Some agencies showed limited subscriber change during the period:
DM Properties: +200 (+2.0%)
Nusun Realty: +150 (+1.8%)
Favorite Home: +24 (+4.5%)
MDL Carlton International: +8 (+3.1%)
Target Property Spain: +104 (+13.8%)

💡 Does this matter? No not really, but kind of interesting. This is just a monitoring exercise. For me, a lack of growth is more interesting if there is effort or investment behind it. In any case, I was doing this anyway, so figured I’d share 😘
