VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Ugo Bagration as Regional Director for Eastern Andalusia. This move comes as part of a broader expansion strategy by VIVIUM Holding, the investment firm that recently acquired the luxury real estate brand’s franchises in Dubai, the UK, Saudi Arabia and Spain.
Ugo, formerly associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Marbella, brings significant local expertise to his new role. He will oversee a new Sotheby’s office on #Marbella‘s Golden Mile, opposite the HomeRun office.
This appointment aligns with VIVIUM Holding’s apparent strategy of acquiring top talent in its newly entered markets. The expansion into Spain’s high-end real estate sector suggests the firm is betting on continued growth in luxury property demand, particularly in sought-after coastal areas like Marbella.
The announcement follows the arrival of other top-tier luxury real estate brands such as Colliers and Savills arriving in Marbella.
One can only assume this is a good thing for both the exposure of the region to the global wealthy, but also a much-needed sign of professionally entering the somewhat eclectic real estate market here.
Watch this space…
In the meantime, wishing Ugo all the best.
