DOLCE&GABBANA and Sierra Blanca Estates Developments unveiled new details about their joint ultra-luxury #brandedresidences real estate project, ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐, during a private presentation event on Friday attended by Domenico Dolce, as any of you on Instagram will have no doubt seen.
During the presentation event, Dolce&Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates were able to unveil the first digital images of their future joint project, as well as multiple details about the architecture, design and the various spaces that will be featured in the future residential complex.
The first residential project developed by Dolce&Gabbana in Europe will have a total of 92 large-format apartments, with elegant and linear architecture, distributed on a plot of nearly 90,000m2 with a longitudinal extension of 500 meters on a hill whose average elevation is about 40 meters above sea level. A unique hotspot whose harmony with the topography of the land will give the project a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean coast.
Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will give life to a complex that will feature five imposing, pure and modern buildings, surrounded by lush gardens and outdoor infinity pools. All the residences of the project will have a square footage between 280 and 900m2 with up to five bedrooms and will be fully furnished with exclusive Dolce&Gabbana Casa creations.
Some of the main features of these luxury apartments will be the master bedrooms with dressing rooms and private bathrooms with sea view; massage and make-up rooms; large living and dining rooms that open on private outdoor spaces with sea view; rooftop terraces with swimming pools and solariums; staff quarters; entertainment rooms; exclusive home automation to connect the house 24/7 with the complex’s concierge and hospitality staff. Additionally, the majority of the residences will have fully private or semi-private elevator access.
The new project, developed by Dolce&Gabbana with Sierra Blanca Estates and in partnership with internationally renowned studios โ Fresh Architectures (facade), Storage Milano (interiors) and The One Atelier as General Designer & Coordinator โ is an extraordinary architectural feat that perfectly exemplifies how the buildings will meticulously adhere to precise proportions (inspired by the golden ratio and the Fibonacci sequence) in order to coexist harmoniously with the surrounding natural landscape. Designed in the purest of Dolce&Gabbana style, each of the buildings will form a grand staircase facing the Mediterranean Sea, creating a sensory ascent full of art, light, craftsmanship and exclusive services.
Meticulously conceived with the utmost precision, the faรงade of the Design Hills complex will be covered with white glazed ceramics creating a clean, luminous and sophisticated environment that unifies the entirety of the project, not only with the surrounding nature, but also with the local architecture. The use of these white ceramic tiles, creating large exterior panels, such as lattices (traditionally from the Mozarabic Hispano-Muslim architecture predominant in Andalusia between the twelfth and sixteenth centuries) to decorate the parapets and glass facades have been reinterpreted in the project to provide both thermal comfort and privacy.
AMENITIES
The common spaces and areas of Design Hills will conceptualize a portfolio of amenity services that will associate the residential experience of its future owners, and the visitors of its public spaces, to the one of the best luxury hotels in the world: a true hallmark of the projects promoted by Sierra Blanca Estates in recent years.
Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will host high-performance sports facilities both outdoors and indoors; paddle tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor wood gym, boxing ring for adults and children, exclusive areas for meditation, yoga and pilates, golf simulators, indoor basketball courts, as well as the first indoor 5×5 artificial turf soccer field in Marbella. The complex will also have its own SPA equipped with a wellness center, water circuit, beauty center, hairdresser and barbershop.
Residents will also become members of the private club where the hospitality team will develop an exclusive range of services, from a cinema room to a bar and cocktail area; wine and cigar cellar; private meeting and conference rooms equipped with screens, a library area and multipurpose rooms to host celebrations and private events. Design Hills will also cater to the needs of the youngest members of the family by hosting its own Kids Club with a toy library, educational rooms and private lessons, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor playground area, and even its own camping area where the little ones can take advantage of Marbella’s year-round warm temperatures.
Always paying great attention to details, the project will also take into account the pets of the exclusive owners and residents of the complex by designing a whole set of areas for dog-walking, as well as areas for pet supplies and spaces for their care.
The joint project between Dolce&Gabbana and Sierra Blanca Estates will also have its own Pool Club, which, once opened, is expected to be one of the main attractions for visitors to Marbella every season. The establishment will have a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, a heated pool inside, a solarium area with private beds and sun loungers and even its own ice-cream parlor in food-truck format in the purest Italian style.
Completing the offer open to all visitors, Design Hills will host its own commercial boulevard bringing together the best international luxury commercial brands, as well as multiple signature restaurants, cafes and other gastronomic establishments.
FUTURE
After the project is presented in Marbella, Design Hills will begin its journey to meet the completion deadline in 2026. Construction to adapt the plot that will host the project has already begun, with the aim of completing its show-flat apartment in 2025. After the presentation of the project by the Designers themselves, the process of selling the first units will officially start from a waiting list of between 40 and 50 future customers who have already shown their firm interest in becoming the future owners of the first houses designed by Dolce&Gabbana in Europe.
Design Hills Dolce&Gabbana Marbella will also represent a milestone in the more than three decades of history and experience in the sector of Sierra Blanca Estates by becoming the first project of the developer, founded by Pedro Rodriguez, to combine residential, commercial, artistic and leisure-gastronomic development in the same complex.
